Response guarantee. If no sitter replies to any message or job you send within 14 days of joining, we refund your membership in full. After that, or once a sitter has replied, it is not refundable.

What it does not cover

The sitter’s pay. You agree the rate with them and pay them yourself, by bank transfer or however suits you both. We take no booking fee and no cut.

Insurance. None comes with a membership. Sitters are independent, and cover is for you and the sitter to arrange.

What is checked: Interview, references and qualifications, done by the agency

Marketplace

You pay the site: None. Their cut is inside the hourly price.
You pay the sitter: $34 an hour flat, paid through Sittr

Who the sitters are: Mixed. Students through to qualified educators.
What is checked: Checks run by Sittr, first aid required
