Privacy
We collect as little as we can. This is what we keep and why.

- 1We collect what the profile shows plus your email, phone and, for sitters, one look at a qualification certificate which we then delete. We do not collect identity documents, Working with Children Check numbers or police checks.
- 2Sitter profiles are public, including photo, first name, age, suburb, rate, availability and bio. Email and phone are never public. Messaging is through the site.
- 3Parent names and details are shown only to sitters they message or whose job they post.
- 4We use Supabase to store data and Stripe to take membership payments. We do not sell data and we do not use it for anything except running the site and emailing you about it.
- 5You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing us. When we delete your account we delete your profile, your messages and any reviews you have written.
- 6We keep data while you have an account and for 12 months after, then delete it. If we cannot approve a sitter application, we email you and then delete the application, the account and the uploads straight away.
- 7If we have a data breach that could harm you we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
